Delivery Information

GadgetShop provides delivery services throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. All orders will be processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5–7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak, depending on the location and courier service.

Delivery charges are as follows:
• Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 (flat rate)
• Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 (flat rate)

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched, allowing customers to track the delivery status.

Any delays caused by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or logistic issues are beyond GadgetShop’s control.
